James visited Mid Essex ITT which is based at Notley High School & Braintree Sixth Form and is judged “Outstanding” by Ofsted. Many of the teachers go on to work in our local schools.

James said:

“We spoke about recruitment and retention of teachers and the key role that teachers play in our communities.”
