Over the coming months, many people will be worried about the global spread of COVID-19.
We know that the virus will be with us for some time, so it is extremely important that we all work together and follow Government advice to support those in our families and communities who are most at risk.
Continue washing your hands regularly for 20 seconds, using soap and water each time.
If you have any concern about your own health or symptoms, please call 111. You do not need to contact NHS 111 to tell them you’re staying at home. Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
Stay at home for 7 days if you have either a high temperature and/or a new continuous cough. This will help to protect others in your community while you are infectious.
Plan ahead and ask others to help you so that you can successfully stay at home.
Information and advice will continue to change over time, so please keep checking the following webpages to stay informed about how to keep yourself and others safe and well.
